<h2>Shipping Policy</h2><h3>Free UPS Ground shipping</h3><p>Shipping is free on every order by UPS Ground. We ship to the <strong>continental United States only</strong> (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). Sorry, we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or outside the US at this time.</p> <h3>When your order ships</h3><p>Everything is custom made, so production starts after you approve your proof. Turnaround times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from proof approval:</p><ul><li>Window clings, vinyl banners and acrylic signs: ships in 3–4 business days</li><li>Falcon flags, pillowcase backdrops and all business printing: ships in 5 business days</li><li>Everything else (including stickers, yard signs and apparel): ships in 6–8 business days</li></ul><p>After it ships, UPS Ground usually takes 1–5 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.</p> <h3>Problems with delivery</h3><p>If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
