Ordering & artwork

How do I send my artwork?

Upload your file right on the product page when you order. If you don't have it ready, you can also use our Upload Artwork page or email it to info@stickersandmore.com with your order number.

What file types do you accept?

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) give the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files work too, ideally 300 dpi at the size you're printing. For apparel and stickers, a PNG with a transparent background is great. Not sure if your file will work? Send it anyway and we'll let you know.

Do you help with design?

If your file needs small fixes, we'll let you know when we send the proof. Contact us if you need more help getting your design ready.

Artwork Requirements

Your Brand. Printed Better. Here's how to get the sharpest print. Don't worry about getting it perfect: we check and proof every order before anything prints. If your file needs attention, we'll reach out and help fix it. Your proof is always free.

The basics

• Resolution: 300 DPI at the actual print size
• File types: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG (vector, preferred), or high-resolution JPEG or PNG
• Color mode: CMYK for printed products
• Bleed: extend background colors and images 1/8" past the trim edge
• Safe zone: keep text and logos at least 1/8" inside the trim edge
• Fonts: convert text to outlines, or include the font files

Product tips

• Stickers: a PNG with a transparent background or a vector file works best, especially for custom-cut shapes.
• Apparel: screen printing allows up to 6 colors per side. Vector art is preferred and gives the cleanest edges.
• Signs & banners: design at full size (or to scale) with bold, easy-to-read text you can see from a distance.
• Promo items: vector logos are preferred. Tell us how many colors your logo has. Imprint areas are small, so simple designs work best.

Proofs

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes, always. We email you a digital proof, and production starts only after you approve it. Please check spelling, colors, size and layout carefully, because we print exactly what you approve.

Can I make changes?

Yes. Just reply to your proof with your changes before you approve it.

Turnaround & shipping

How long will my order take?

Turnaround is counted in business days after you approve your proof:

• Window clings, vinyl banners and acrylic signs: ship in 3–4 business days
• Falcon flags, pillowcase backdrops and all business printing: ship in 5 business days
• Everything else, including stickers, yard signs, table covers and apparel: ships in 6–8 business days

UPS Ground transit is usually another 1–5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Free. Every order ships free by UPS Ground to the continental US (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US right now. See our Shipping Policy.

Products

How durable are your products?

• Stickers are printed on durable premium vinyl built to last.
• Yard signs are weather-resistant 4mm corrugated plastic with H-stakes included.
• Vinyl banners come in 13 oz, 15 oz and 18 oz double-sided material for indoor and outdoor use.
• Business cards are a sturdy 16pt stock that resists bending and creasing.
• Screen printed apparel holds up wash after wash. Wash inside out in cold water for the longest life.

What quantities can I order?

It depends on the product. Apparel has a 12-piece minimum, and you can mix up to 3 shirt colors per order. Yard signs come in quantities of 10–100. Falcon flags can be ordered one at a time, and prices drop at 2, 10 and 25 flags. Stickers and business printing have quantity options on each page, and bigger quantities cost less each.

Can I print on the front and back of a shirt?

Yes. Choose front, back or both when you build your apparel order.

Returns

What if something is wrong with my order?

If we made a mistake or it arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll reprint it or refund you. Because everything is custom made, we can't refund for errors in a proof you approved. See our Refund Policy.
