Flexo and Digital Printing

We print on both flexographic and digital presses. Flexo is cost-effective for high-volume roll labels, and digital gives fast, sharp short runs and variable data. Whether you need full color or a simple one-color bar, we match the process to your job and your budget.

Pressure-Sensitive Roll and Sheet Labels

Our pressure-sensitive labels go on with simple pressure, no heat, water or solvent needed. We produce pressure-sensitive roll labels for applicators and hand dispensing, and pressure-sensitive sheet labels for office and laser printing, on paper, poly and specialty stocks matched to your surface.

Labels for Automated Lines

Our labels are built for automated lines as well as hand application. We make roll labels for machine and robotic applicators, wound in whatever direction your equipment needs, with consistent die-cuts, liners and roll sizes that keep your line running without jams or downtime.

Part-Level Tracking

Every label we print can identify an individual part. For one of North America's largest cabinet manufacturers, each label marks a single cabinet part with variable data such as barcodes, QR codes and part numbers, so every piece can be scanned and tracked through production, assembly and shipping. You always know where each part is and what it belongs to.

Box and Carton Labels

We also make product labels for boxes. That includes shipping carton labels, product ID labels for finished-goods boxes, and barcode and UPC labels for packaging, printed to scan cleanly in your warehouse and at your customers' docks.

Custom Adhesives, RFID and Specialty Paper

We engineer the adhesive to fit the job. If a standard label won't stay put on your part or surface, we'll develop and test samples with your team until we get it right. Capabilities include poly roll labels, RFID-enabled smart labels, custom cut-sheet paper, and quantities from test runs to 100,000+ labels.

In-House Labeling Support

We also provide in-house manufacturing support for labeling. We work alongside your team on application, troubleshooting and planning, and we coordinate with your schedulers to forecast seasonal demand and keep stock on hand, so your line never waits on labels.
