How long will the print last, and how should I wash it?
Screen-printed ink is cured into the fabric with heat, so it holds up to many washes. For the longest life, turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water with similar colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip bleach, and don't iron directly on the print.
How durable is this garment?
Your design is screen printed with durable inks that bond to the fabric and hold up to many washes. For the longest life, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum is 12 pieces per design. You can split those 12 across sizes and up to 3 garment colors, and your quantity price is based on the combined total.
Can I mix sizes and garment colors?
Yes. Mix any available sizes, and choose up to 3 garment colors per order. All pieces share the same design and print locations, and the total quantity sets your price tier.
How do ink colors work, and why do they change the price?
Screen printing lays down one ink color at a time, and each color needs its own screen and press setup. That's why a 1-color design costs less than a 4-color design. We print up to 6 ink colors per side, and you can see the price change as you pick colors in the builder above. We stock a wide range of silkscreen ink colors, all included in the price. Need an exact brand color? We can match Pantone colors too.
Where can you print, and how big?
We print on the front, the back, or both. Each side is priced separately, by its number of ink colors. Your design is printed at the same size on every garment in the order, and we confirm placement and size on your proof.
Can you match my exact brand colors (Pantone)?
Yes, we can match Pantone (PMS) colors. Check "Match exact Pantone colors" in the builder above and list your PMS codes, or leave them blank and we'll confirm them on your proof. Ink can look slightly different on fabric than on paper or a screen, especially on colored or heathered garments.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or PSD files (300 dpi at print size) also work. If your file isn't print-ready, send what you have and we'll let you know on the proof what's needed.
How do proofs work?
We email a free digital proof within 48 hours showing your design, ink colors, placement and size. Request as many changes as you need. Nothing prints until you approve it, so please check spelling, colors and sizes carefully.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship 6–8 business days after you approve your proof, with free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous US (lower 48 states and DC). Have a deadline? Call us before ordering at 1-888-644-7745.
Do larger sizes cost more?
Yes. Extended sizes (such as 2XL and up) cost a little more per piece, because the blank garments cost more. The builder adds the upcharge automatically, so the price you see includes it.
