Frequently Asked Questions
How do proofs work?
We email a free digital proof within 48 hours. Request as many changes as you need. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums are the smallest quantity listed for each product. For smaller or larger runs, request a quote.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship 6β8 business days after proof approval. Free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous US.
How durable is it?
Graphics are dye-sublimated, so the ink is dyed into the polyester fabric rather than sitting on top. That means the print won't crack or peel and stays vibrant through repeated setups and normal handling.
What if I don't have a design?
Our designers can turn your idea into print-ready art. Add notes above or call 1-888-644-7745.
